YAYASAN PENYELIDIKAN OTAK, MINDA DAN NEUROSAINS MALAYSIA

The foundation was incorporated on the 28th July 2017 under the purview of the Legal Affairs Division, Prime Minister's Department (Malaysia). It was founded by Prof Dato' Dr Jafri Malin Abdullah and Assoc. Prof Dr Durriyyah Sharifah Hasan Adli in the hopes of supporting research into areas of neuroscience and neurobiology

OBJECTIVES

As part of the effort to improve the standing of Malaysia in the field of research on brain, mind and neuroscience, and to assist scientists/researchers, including graduate students to get fund/ research grants, the objectives of YPOMNM are as follows:

Establishing research in brain, mind and neuroscience area in Malaysia as a high quality research and recognized internationally by researchers.

Producing researchers that are of international standing in the field of brain, mind and neuroscience research.

As researcher's mediation center in getting the latest information and more comprehensive facilities for conducting research.

Becoming the link between society and researchers for research purposes on the brain, mind and neuroscience.
